For Defect / Damaged Items

LITTLEANDME is dedicated to provide the best service to customers. If the products received are damaged or different from what Users have ordered, Users should contact LITTLEANDME Customer Service on the day of receipt and return the goods in the original packing to us within 3 working days. In such case, the burden of cost for exchange shipping fee (Hong Kong local only) will be borne by LITTLEANDME.

Products for returns and exchange have to be sent back to LITTLEANDME office with original packing and receipts and within 3 days

  • All products have to be unopened, unused and unwashed
  • All products have to be sent together with its accessories
  • LITTLEANDME reserves the right to exchange all products

Other Reasons

All sales are final and there is no refund or exchanged if the User disliked the product after purchased or to exchange for sizes and color. Please refer to our product description before purchase. All customers should take in account that monitor quality varies, there might be a slight color different between the products & photos, and therefore customer should consider the situation before purchase.


Exchange Procedures:

1. Contact LITTLEANDME Customer Service by Email or Telephone on the day of receiving the goods.

2. Send back the product in its original packing and receipt to the address specified by LITTLEANDME within 3 days

For orders shipped to regions outside Hong Kong, shipping and relevant import taxes and duties will not be refunded on returns as these costs have already been incurred for the initial delivery and customs charges.
